A new biking trail was built in the summer of 2005, linking the places where Pope Benedict XVI spent his early and later childhood. The biking trail extends through the Upper Bavarian vacation area around the rivers Inn and Salzach to the Chiemgau, the lake Chiemsee and the areas around the city of Rosenheim.
